When we were looking for a home to buy, we looked at every new home project in Lawton and the surrounding area.  We kept ending up back at The Enclave where Steve Barnes was building his new homes.  He had several that were sold but not quite finished and he let us take a look at them.  We were actually awed by what we saw - we couldn’t believe the woodwork and the quality of the materials that were going into the homes.  It was really tough trying to decide on the floor plan but we finally chose one. We could hardly wait for the completion and that is unusual for us as we’ve owned a lot of homes in our life-- but this was the first time that we was really excited. And the finished product was exactly as Steve had promised.

The location of Steve’s new homes in The Enclave was also an important factor. You just have to drive through the area to get the feel of everything that is “right”.  We believe the combination of the outstanding homes and the location is what has attracted so many great people to the neighborhood.

It is not often that you can buy a great home in a great location and also have a great experience with the builder.  Steve is a man of his word and will bend over backwards to make everything just the way you want it.  Steve really knows how to make the home buying experience a pleasure.

Unfortunately due to extended family situations we had the need to sell our wonderful home after only 8 months.  We told Steve and he had us a buyer within 24 hours with an unexpected surprise of 15% more than we had paid for it.  It’s really nice that our builder also has his real estate broker’s license.  You can’t ask for any greater full service than that.
