"When we were looking for a home to buy, we looked at every new home project in Lawton and the surrounding area.  We kept ending up back at The Enclave where Steve Barnes was building his new homes.  He had several that were sold but not quite finished and he let us take a look at them.  We were actually awed by what we saw - we couldn’t believe the woodwork and the quality of the materials that were going into the homes.  It was really tough trying to decide on the floor plan but we finally chose one. We could hardly wait for the completion and that is unusual for us as we’ve owned a lot of homes in our life-- but this was the first time that we was really excited. And the finished product was exactly as Steve had promised.

The location of Steve’s new homes in The Enclave was also an important factor. Having already built two homes, the prospect of building another one came with some apprehension. Knowing all the possible headaches and the multitude of decisions to make, all the while trying to work, building another home was a hard decision to come by. But after not finding a home that satisfied our needs we decided to build again. After deciding on the Enclave as a location, knowing that Steve was the exclusive builder, we set out to get things done. From the first time we sat down with Steve to discuss plans to the day we finally moved in, every aspect of our construction went according to plan. Every detail regardless of how small, was always taken care of and we never felt that we were inconveniencing Steve in the process. He always had our interest in mind.
