Thirty-one homes have been completed in the first phase, as well as the west main gate entrance (in background) and the common area, pergola and swimming pool. The project was developed by Morford Land and Leasing Co.; The Barnes Group is exclusive builder for the community and Susan Stricklin of RE/MAX is real estate sales representative. The first phase encompassed 31 houses, all of which are completed, Barnes said; there are 42 lots in the second phase, with construction on those homes already begun. The development is the final phase of Morford Hills, which was first developed beginning in 1952.
