The Enclave is the final phase of Morford Hills located in Lawton's central area north 2 blocks on 38th Street from Cache Road. Morford Hills was first started being developed in the 1950's for area professionals, executives and military families. Close to Ft. Sill and Lawton's job centers, shopping, Cameron University, hospital, restaurants, movie theaters, Plus, close to fire, police & EMT services and new multi-lane roads provide great access to Ft. Sill and Lawton. Schools are Lawton High School, Tomlinson Middle School and Ridgrcrest Elementary.


The Enclave is a gated 76 new single family home community with both front and rear entry homes. Phase One lots are sold out with the final Phase Two now having new homes under construction. The common area swimming pool and West Main Gate entrance were completed during the summer of '09. Homes start in the high $200's to $500's.
